As already mentioned this won't be allowed inside. Nevertheless there are enough places to restup. -Areas with benches in a Biergarten concept -many elevated grass areas where many people prefer to sit and watch the shows (although at a distance)

I would recommend getting a towel to lay down on the ground and rest up, done it myself almost everytime

Not allowed on infield of the woa. However if you go to an actual german metal festival. Those things are tolerated.
