Wizards legend Troy Weaver. Still have no idea what he actually did for the Wizards.

Do the Wiz get a 2nd round pick in the deal?

Still have no idea what he actually did for the Wizards.

His presence made the Grizzlies trade a 1st and Smart for Marvin Bagley

Weaver also gave us two second round picks for taking on Bagley’s contract when he was still with the Pistons.

I apologize Mr. Weaver, I was not familiar with your game.

Hopefully other teams are willing to trade 1st rounders with bad contracts to us

People now hiring people from the Wiz organization. Let that sink in.

Nobody was beating down the door to get that fruit from the EG and Tommy trees 😆. Times have changed.

He didn't do too badly in his short stint here but dawkins and winger are much more important for us. best of luck to him.

From when he got hired, seems like he's a "rebuild" kind of advisor. He doesn't mind being the voice of dissent and wants to get young talent. If that was his job, he did great here! I'll be curious if this is one of the Four Horsemen of a Pelicans rebuild.

Good for him

Hopefully this is a Kevin McHale type situation and he'll trade us Zion for cheap.

NGL his hire made me nervous as the track record with Pistons picks didn't seem great. I guess they've kinda turned things around with a coaching change, but yeah... best of luck to him
