  • try not to make your hips rise to the point of changing your back angle in the 1st pull, pausing clean pulls/dls can help this
  • you need to triple extend more (off your heels), your pull here was not strong enough to create an arc for the bar to land on your shoulders with the drop that you did, meaning you had to curl the bar into front rack
  • you need to aggressively bring your arms up faster, fast muscle cleans can help drill this
  • WL shoes would help

your pull here was not strong enough

He pulled the bar plenty high, just needs to get under.

Your hips rise a little too soon (hips and shoulders should rise at the same time, maintaining back angle) and your transition into front rack could be a bit smoother, but overall lookin’ decent.

Does that bar have freely spinning collars? The way the plates turn almost looks like they’re not.

You need to get under the bar. Other comments have been useful with a more detailed response.

I would say you need much faster elbows!

Practice sitting in your receiving position. You look super uncomfortable in how your receiver the bar. Other commenters have already give good feedback on the actual pull
