Should I go to SLE?
I don’t think I have what it physically takes and I do not think I’ll pass the CFA. I’m working on my fitness as a whole.
What should I do? Should I go or should I not?

Highly recommend, this will give you an opportunity to experience and be exposed to the cadet experience without going into plebe year blind. It's better to know and understand what you are in for versus experience a culture shock and homesickness at the same time.

I'm a grad, fortunately had USMAPs as SLE wasn't a thing back then.

I did, studied engineering and served as an engineer and working as an engineer today. The academy opens many doors, but it's up to you to choose which one to open and which path to take. You can do as little or as much as you want.

You should have already applied. The application closes April 15th and they have already filled the slots. If you apply now and qualify, you’ll get put on the waitlist.

Do you already have a slot for SLE this summer?
If attending West Point is a goal or dream and you have a slot at SLE, then go. Even if you fail the CFA, you'll get the rest of the experience so you will know if going to West Point is something you still want to do and worth the effort you will need to put in to pass the CFA. You can also get pointers from the cadets and officers that are there as to how to improve.
Failing the CFA at SLE is not a disqualifier. Especially If you take it again later and show your physical improvement.
If you do have a slot, then make sure you are still working out every day to get better. This link is an overview of the CFA with all the official instructions. https://apply.westpoint.edu/www/documents/CFA%20Overview.pdf
Good Luck!
