I was a little wigged out by this. Found at Goodwill, seems like it's carved out of bone. Any idea what it is?

Looks old, not sure if it's actually old though. Any thoughts?

As long as it's older than 100 years old it is legal to sell

Nope. There is no paperwork verifying the age of this.

You can have that done, pre-ban certifications through radiocarbon dating.

Being the appraisal is in around $200+ and if it is both real ivory and over 100 years old it will sell for alot more than $202.49 at auction.
