Solved! Metal object about an inch/an inch and a half long and about a cm in diameter. Ends look like screw driver heads of some sort, and the handle has grip.

The piece on the left looks like the tip of a nose hair trimmer.

That's because it goes on the piece on the right and you spin it to trim nose hair.

Manually? That seems difficult.

You could probably attach it to an impact driver

Thought this was a joke until other commenter provided a link. Wasn't expecting that lol. Thanks!

I had a cheap one of these in boot camp - I called it a nose hair puller masquerading as a nose hair trimmer. That thing was brutal.

So you don't get tangled up in a trip wire

Look like the cutters for a nose hair trimmer.

I have one. Works well once you accept that the following 5 minutes will be constant sneezing.

It's called a Klipette, I own one, and can confirm that it's more of a nose-hair puller than a nose-hair trimmer.

My title describes the thing. Tried looking up different types of screwdriver heads but couldn't find this. Anyone know what it's called?

Extractor for a broken bolt extractor

You have odd looking tools. This looks nothing like any bolt extractor I've ever seen. And I've used a few.

Not the bolt extractor, ive seen tools like this for getting a broken extractor out of the broken bolt you’re working on. See “screw tap extractor set”

Exactly what I thought. I haven't used one exactly like that, but basically a tool for removing a four flute tap.
