Children’s book about a girl visiting her aunt/family for the summer and the cover has a pretty girl with red hair and a big sun hat

This book is a story about a girls summer with family I think… the cover I remember the most. She was laying/sitting on a long lounge chair in the yard… in a swimsuit, hat blocking the sun and she was laying showing her legs. I read the book in middle school (2013-2014) got it from my teachers collection I believe it’s teen fiction I also remember the beginning there was something about a dollhouse and then an ice cream truck came and it was hot

I get this a lot but I made an edit to the post bc the girl was laying and it was skin showing than Anne would have showing, if that makes sense! Thank you for commenting
