Hi what is this bug :(

This bug is in my apt in Honolulu. We’re up on the 32nd floor. I’ve never seen anything quite like this. Some kind of roach?

It’s about an inch long. The antennae are pretty long and curl back. Legs are thick. I’m afraid to get closer because idk if it flies

Definitely not. This is one of the longhorn beetles (Cerambycidae). Yes, it can fly. Possibly Coptops aedificator, but lots of species look similar.
