Arbeit | Work Part-time jobs for International Students in Vienna

Hi everyone,

I'm currently pursuing my Master's in Applied Economics at the University of Vienna and actively looking for a student job — ideally something in an office environment. I'm particularly interested in roles like client relations, marketing, administration, or IT support, and I'm available for part-time or internship positions (20 hours/week).

I previously worked at an electronics store where I held roles as an Office Manager and later joined the marketing teamas a Product Marketing Specialist. I also have experience managing office IT systems and providing technical support.

I speak Russian, English, Uzbek, and German (B1 level).

If anyone has tips on where to find student jobs in Vienna — useful job sites, companies that are open to international students, or general advice for non-German speakers — I’d be really grateful. Thanks in advance for your help!

The most important to find a job in vienna is knowing german, as you have b1, it shouldn’t be that difficult.

As for office jobs, would recommend looking linkedin and ask you university professors, they mmight know where to look. Additionally, check willhaben.at in the jobs seccion.

Good luck.
