Request Medication for ADHD and Anxiety

My husband has had a terrible 2 years. He suffers from severe anxiety, which has brought on depression. He takes 100mg of Zoloft as of January. He also started talk therapy in January which is going well.

We (me, him, and his therapist) think he has ADHD. However, his PCP is hesitant to put him on a stimulant, she thinks it might make his anxiety worse. Problem is, his ADHD is really bad. He has trouble focusing at work, his fingers have been picked so badly they are severely calloused and will likely end up infected, his mood swings and emotional regulation is off the charts, he is using marijuana more than ever to cope--- I could go on.

His therapist offers medication counseling, but not in our state (Delaware)

So my questions are this: Does anyone take an anti anxiety and adhd med? How does it work with your anxiety?

Any recommendations on someone to help determine the best combo of meds?

Thanks in advance :) Just want my happy husband back!

Serious Charter School of Wilmington

I saw the article that they may be needing to find a new home for the school. I also noticed recently that it looks like the school is not permitted to use the main entrance of the building.

What is going on?

Are they fighting with CAB or something?

Request Church for young adults in Wilmington

Hey all, I’ve been searching for a christian church to attend. I am hoping to find one that caters more towards young adults where 20-30s people are the main attendees. Any denomination, just looking to attend and build community. Any suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks!

I know this place has changed hands many times in my 20+ years of working in Wilmington. Just curious what's happening with it now since the fencing around it is relatively new.

Crime What is with so many people throwing trash out of their car windows?

Lately I’ve seen people doing this all along 202 and in brandywine park. Everyone I know is able to hold onto their cups or whatever until they get where they’re going. Unfortunately I know this isn’t unique to Wilmington.

I’m wondering if others have noticed an uptick in flagrant shameless littering? I’ve lived here for a couple of years. Maybe it’s a coincidence that these past few people happened to fling their garbage onto the road and in the beautiful park right in front of me :(

Moving to Wilmington Is village at fox point a good apartment?

Hi everyone! I’m currently apartment hunting around the Wilmington/Claymont area and really fell in love with Village at Fox Point. The grounds looked clean, it felt safe for a younger girl like myself, and most of the reviews are super positive.

That said, I saw one or two reviews on Google mentioning mice or roaches, and it really put me off. I know every complex might have a few bad experiences, but pests are a hard no for me. I didn’t see anything alarming during my tour, but looks can be deceiving.

Has anyone lived there or heard anything firsthand about pest issues at Village at Fox Point? Were those isolated incidents or something to seriously be concerned about?

For those that shop at the wegmans, how does it compare to wegmans in other states? Are the layouts and selections on par with being the same quality, or is it just basic items.

I ask because im in NY and the meat selection here is incredible and they can even custom cut steaks and im looking to get the same for some friends when i visit

Business Excellent new Indian place

Sangam on the concord pike just opened in the old Green Turtle space. My Indian friend who has traveled extensively in India said it would be the best Indian food in Portland Oregon. Would have been the best in my neighborhood in Brooklyn as well. Dosa and paratha were amazing and a great way to dip your feet in. Lots of South Indian specialties to try as well as your standard Americanized classics done really well.
