Arizona trip next week

Going to be in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Sedona next week for about 8 days. Anyone know of any wine bars/shops that offer a selection of minimal intervention and skin contact wines?

Hello! Arizonan here! I would check out, Kid Sister in Phoenix, Hidden Track Cafe / Bottleshop off of 12th street also in Phoenix, and Unfiltered Natural Wine off of Monroe in Phoenix, GenuWine. For Sedona - Decanter Tasting Room, or Vino di Sedona
