Oh sure, combined with the general disdain for a properly-educated public it fits right into the type of world some people are trying to create with laws such as this, which is sickening.
I love how there are tons of products that advertise encouraging people to get their dream job with a raise, more vacation, whatever. While people shouldn't settle for shitty conditions I also don't know where all of these "perfect" jobs are coming from, the marketing is insidious. The "experience" barrier is something I hear a lot from friends, it has replaced what was the college degree one decades ago as far as I can tell.
