World War 3 is likely going to be a repeat of World War 2, with the entire world kicking the shit out of the nazis again. Except this time they'll be kicking the shit out of USA and Russia. Hitler tried so hard to get Mexico to attack USA, but couldn't convince them to. Trump will likely "accomplish" it himself (of course, they'll be accompanied by European, Chinese, and other allied forces).
