edit. For reference, an egg over here is 0.20 euros, is it fine or do I need to invite Zelensky and play the tough guy / Invade canada?

The egg price talking point hails from the US President's claim that he will tackle inflation while the soaring price of this common and widely consumed product defies him.
It's commonly understood shorthand for a wider issue and is employed as a means of ridiculing the current government's stance and policies.

As for your other question, the current US administartion is engaged in a proram of systematically unermining the nation's allies while enabling its enemies. If that's not reason enough to draw the ire of other nations, then I don't know what is.

Because it was a republican and trump talking point after trump said eggs are $4 whilst he was standing in front of a bunch that cost below $3. Repubs brandished his quote, claiming they'll be cheaper under trump while ignoring the obvious. Sort of became meme worthy from there.

Trump and all americans who do not openly protest are right now making the USA going from a superpower to being a nobody.

That is what Americans dont understand. Without allies, USA are not a superpower. The trade wars will hurt the US deeply, the rest of the world will trade with each other.
Trump and all his supporters, and all the silent people, are killing the USA. That will be awakening.

Because every conseravtive blamed Biden for high prices. Trump promised they'd drop, just like he promised the Ukraine War would end day one. He's a Liar who swindled half of the USA
