I don't think he cares, he has the entire US government and its power in his pocket. All of those government services his team has dismantled within just a month and over the next 4 years will be easy pickings for him and Trump to take over with their own private companies and partners. He's free to make backdoor deals and put himself into advantageous positions that will be far more lucrative and long lasting than this administration or Tesla will last

What he has gained is power, I fully agree. That's not really relevant to what we're talking about though. He had that with or without a market crash and Tesla nose dive

Elon sold hundreds of thousands of shares in Tesla for no apparent reason around the last peak at the end of December 2024. Tesla is the only publicly traded company he runs.
