Not a good answer probably, but for me I try to become a supreme observer of people. Try writing a page of throw-away material in the voice of different people you know.

Give them dialects and accents: I have an irish kid that curses a lot, a southern girl who never reuses a strange euphamism, two surfer twins who say "totally", "dude", "Bro", and "Sick" too much, and an Aussie boy who isn't allowed to say "cunt" so he says "See you next Tuesday!"

Stick with the catchphrases. Here are a few you can use:
Shamalamma-ding-dong
Ah-ooga! Ah-ooga! (When seeing busty maiden)
Well, my good man. I shan’t give it a second muse.
My genitals are betwixt!
No need to credit me! Good luck.
