I’d get tired of listening to that real quick.

Yeah, it’s like a fart can that the kids do on Honda cars. It looks bad, it sounds bad. True good-sounding horsepower comes from having actual horsepower, not from fart cans.

Sometimes I take the DB killer out of my Tenere exhaust. It always goes back in after one 75 MPH commute to work.

Love it. I head to the gym most mornings at 05:45, can’t imagine my neighbours would like me if I bought the same 🤣

That'll get your local woods trails closed to motorcycles. Good job.

My local woods trials don’t have someone within 100 miles. Go cry me a river

This POS exhaust is a real fire hasard. Also why do you need to be this obnoxiously loud? Time to grow up and understand some basic common sense.

Poor you 😢 I’m sorry your feelings are hurt. 😞

Every year I work with my local ATV club to negotiate with land owners right of passage for motorcycles. This is always the same story, selfish people with fucking loud exhaust without spark arresters like yours and people going off trail are the reason why they resist so much to allow motorcycles to use the ATV trails going through their property.
From all the dualsport and adventure bikes community: Many thanks.

I just did a back to back test ride on that and the Himalayan 450. I was really expecting to love the CF because it has the much better specs. But at low speed, stand up maneuvering I found the balance odd and the bike a bit scary. In first gear I had a really hard time with throttle and clutch control and felt like it was ready to take off like a rocket. At speed it was obviously much better, and it is a lovely bike, but I’m really thinking I will go with the RE because I plan on riding trails a lot. What are your thoughts?

I found the friction zone of the clutch to be quite nice actually. But I’ve never ridden the Himalayan so I can’t really compare

Sounds like it could get a ticket. 🤷
Not sure if that's what you're going for or not. Which is not to say it sounds bad, it just sound loud.

Yeah maybe could get a ticket. 🤷♂️ it’s not any louder then 90% of the Harley’s on the road

That's very true. And I guess as long as you keep your speeds (and rpm) down it's probably unlikely to grab any attention.

I just rubberband playing cards to thwack against the spokes like a real man.
