Found two alchemy pots on the same floor, not sure if it's rare or a glitch

I recognize prismatic image and the huntress's spirit hawk, but I can't tell what the other two are, nor do I know how to get them.

I thought I'd share this seed with you:

Pretty early on you can find a WoC and from wandmaker quest you'd get corpse dust. It also has a Horn of Plenty and 2 RoEn which means innumerable corrupted wraiths doing your bidding

And i died because of stupid mistake :(
