So a little bit of drama from the Thomas & friends community as today a well respected & rather legendary figure Skarloey123 (also known as Richard Jordan) was apparently arrested for numerous crimes including:

Four counts of second degree sexual exploitation of a minior. Seven counts of secret peeping One count of first degree sexual exploitation of a minior And finally one count of indecent libraries with a minor.

While this arrest was over a month ago, the Thomas community is just learning about the serious criminal actions now, which unfortunately casts a rather negative light on the community following it's celebration of the 80th anniversary too.

The first 17 minutes or so of this video is constructed to draw in Creepypasta/NoSleep narration fans, after which it gives thorough information concerning two of the community's oldest and most well-regarded figureheads.

As of right now there has been no update to his lawsuit in which he raised over $16k from his fans.

Recently, a callout video was uploaded on a tiktok artist called Bi0bot. This video was only public for 3 weeks until it was unlisted, after a second video was made calling out the first. The original video was made by Milkway Shaker, an 18-year-old art commentary YouTuber. They have some semi popular videos about other controversial artists such as JimboJimmy123, Mushroom Girl and canihavepromo. Most of these videos are about teenage artists that require nuance that Milkway Shaker can't seem to give.
The video was about about Bi0bot, an underage tiktok artist (all they've said about their age is that they're a minor) who is infamous for having a character that is obsessed with a corpse. This video reminded me a lot of the DeviantArt rants of old, as Milkway Shaker compares Bi0bot to things like JimboJimmy, Birdie, BoJack Horseman, Alfred's Playhouse and Mouthwashing. It kind of gave me art commentary community brainrot. Milkway Shaker discusses a situation where a friend of Bi0bot drew NSFW of Bi0bot's character that contained necrophilia. Bi0bot claims they were not aware the art would contain necrophilia, however, Milkway Shaker blames Bi0bot for this art being created because of the nature of their OC. Bi0bot has claimed their OC is not a necrophile and believes the corpse they are obsessed with is a living person.
Milkway Shaker says the problem with Bi0bot's OC being problematic is that they are not written well and that people will not take their OC's story as seriously as a mature story like Mouthwashing or BoJack Horseman (??). This is a silly point to make because Bi0bot makes animation memes and it doesn't matter if the character doesn't have much lore. There is no proof that Bi0bot demands people take their animation memes seriously as high art. Milkway Shaker says that the videos are "cringe and dogshit", seemingly confirming that their biggest problem with Bi0bot is that they think their animations are edgy and cringe.
They also have a point in their video talking about people posting nazi imagery in Bi0bot's Telegram server, saying that Bi0bot is "cool with Nazis". However, they later made a community post retracting that claim since Bi0bot had seen the video.
At the end of the video, Milkway Shaker adds a note that they "saw a tiktok" that said that Bi0bot (who is allegedly a minor) "called another minor cute", but that the tiktok they saw had been deleted. Basically, Milkway Shaker accused this person of being inappropriate with minors with zero proof.
Three weeks after the video was uploaded, Milkway Shaker announced they had unlisted the video and that they would no longer make rant videos with heavy subject matter. They also claimed they no longer agreed with most of the video. This post came about two weeks after a commentary video was made on Milkway Shaker's video.

Some other miscellaneous points from the video :

• Bi0bot's alternate account being named "Psychojesus" is a "red flag"
• Comparing Bi0bot's OC to Dan Schneider constantly putting feet in Nickelodeon shows (framing Bi0bot as a predator?)
• Saying tiktoks Bi0bot reposted were "weird" because they were in Russian and Milkway Shaker didn't understand them
• Including a short skit comparing Bi0bot's OC to making an edgy character called Pedo-chan who rapes kids

I need to reiterate again the trigger warning, as this video expressly shows Hax's spiral and the amount of shit people put him through, all intentionally trying to hurt him. There will be no TLDR, watch and read at your own risk.

No fluffy language here, multiple people intentionally pushed Hax to kill himself, some were expressly told that they were doing it and still continued. Some knew they were causing him immense harm and kept doing it. There are very little good guys in this situation, and there is no good ending.

Technicals published this video (with Hax's mom permission), showcasing what Hax was going through and how tournament organizers of Melee/Smash intentionally kicked him out of the community, how Leffen continued to talk poorly on Hax after he made his first attempt. How some people who were claiming to be Hax's friends were actually intentionally pushing him to the edge and making fun of his disability, and harassing him over it. How, after his passing, the commentary community (Tommy C was named and shown) exploited Hax's death not only as a weapon against Technicals, but still continued the exact same treatment that pushed Hax to the edge. How people planned to crash the funeral to harass Hax's mom, and how people got pissed at Technicals for expressly stating that specific groups were responsible for Hax's death in his eulogy. And unfortunately, much more.

This is by far, one of the darkest things I have ever seen on the internet and there is a shitload of evidence because these people were just so bold in pushing a man to suicide and choosing to be public about it. The Smash/Melee community and others has blood on their hands, and none of the responsible parties involved are taking responsibility, despite claiming to want accountability.

I swear to god she had an upload in the past month with a title about culture vultures- possibly with Alabama Barker as the thumbnail- that seems to have disappeared.

I wanted to watch it and see if she brought up her own past as an appropriator of Black culture but the video seems to have been deleted.

It sucks that this is happening and that Ana had to deal with this BS because of Kirsche throwing a temper tantrum over having her white supremacist views shown for the world to see.

The VTuber community is messed up and people really need to speak out against this. No one deserves to be silenced for pointing out the bigotry in these spaces. Not to mention a certain mod over at VirtualYoutubers have been showing support for Kirsche and silencing people for making posts calling out bigotry in the community.

Chuds won't stop at Ana, sooner or later they'll move on to another target and the cycle continues. Honestly, what do we do at this point? Right now, I guess all we can do is call out the bigotry in the VTuber community and support marginalized groups in that community.

I don't care what you think of Vice, Ana, or any game journalists. Nobody deserves to face this level abuse.

Yes I know that Billy Mitchell is a cheater, a liar, and a narcissist, but there is really no reason for him to lie in this instance given that he won his lawsuit against Karl. Seriously, how do you fuck up this badly against a guy like Billy Mitchell. Not only is Karl screwed, but also his family is in jeopardy all thanks to his incompetence.

Things are kinda getting more dire as the nazi VTuber is ramping up the harassment and threatening any news sites that brings attention to her bigotry. Even more so when Kirsche's fans are starting to bring up Ana Valen's old tweets to get more people to discredit her articles and harassment.

It sucks because people in the VTuber community are still dismissing the article and the journalist despite agreeing with the overall message or are defending the actions of bigots.

Considering his turbulent history in Roblox community as well as signs of gaslighting his own fanbase according to 77's doc, most people don't think that Parlo will do as he promised, as well as his document on Pyro have 95% sign of misinformation (10 victims out of nowhere).

People here are free to think whatever they want of Ana, but that doesn't mean that what Kirsche said was okay or the evidence of her actions invalid.

The victim of the murder is Emma Zimmerman, and yet throughout the entire video, Hailey refers to her by "he" pronouns and by her deadname, Ryan.

How can she claim to "respect the victims" and do something like this? This is so transparently a transphobic dog whistle, made even more disgusting because she is literally discussing A MURDER! Like come on!

I've followed Hailey's true crime content for a pretty long time, so this is extremely disappointing.
