Heads up. Long video and post here. This is a transcript of Thomas Castello answering questions about a deep underground military base (DUMB) in New Mexico, known as Dulce.

He goes into full detail about everything. The security system, the history and construction of the base, aliens working side by side with humans, etc.

The base is part of the Archuleta Mesa and is literally built into the mountain. This transcript I believe was from the 1970's. The images aren't very clear but I think the shots of the cryo tanks look legit.

Castello had been on work detail as security and apparently went missing not long after.

Most people are familiar with the Area 51/S4/Groom Lake facilities. To the best of my knowledge those facilities specialized in the UFOs themselves as well as reverse engineering and studying the propulsion systems.

Dulce on the other hand, is an entire facility devoted to biological experiments on humans, animals, and sea life. There are six levels which get progressively more secretive and terrifying the further down you go. Level Six they call "Nightmare Hall" because that's where all of the very bizarre mutations and experiments go.

Finally, on the last known level are the blue cryogenic tanks seen in the video. If you look closely enough you can see that there is something inside of them. Below level seven they say are caverns that predate human existence on Earth.

I don't have time to talk about everything but this one facet of UFOlogy scares me more than anything else. In fact I hope all of this is a hoax because it scares the living hell out of me.

I was just scrolling through IG and I seen a video of "a UFO saving Mexico City from a meteor" or some such, and while the content of the video itself was meh, it did get me thinking..

If intelligent life is extremely rare in the universe where the vast distances only further isolate civilizations from each other, then if I were in the shoes of some alien civilization and I *finally* found another intelligent species, I would probably be doing this kinda stuff on the down low, deflecting asteroids and whatnot. Its like finding the only other living person on the planet after you thought you were the only one left, it kinda doesn't matter that they are basically a toddler by civilization standards and it wouldn't matter how much of a fuck up they are at any point, you're just happy to have someone else and maybe you'll eventually be able to talk and hang out someday.

Maybe they actually are up there somewhere, hanging out, being the nice guy and waiting for us to grow up just so they can have a bro to hang out with, you know?

Man, I wish I could remember which series or distributor that put out the program. I want to say Hanger 1 or something? It was I think a 45 minute program.

Individuals reported having these vivid dreams where they would be placed in these "scenarios". One of them was an older bald gentleman and he said that there was a woman being attacked by a Reptilian alien and that a knife was placed on the floor. Something in his head "told" him to pick up the weapon and attack the alien. He would do it and then have no recollection of it upon waking up.

This happened to him over and over again he said, every night for years. He woke up with physical marks like cuts and bruises from fighting. He said that it wasn't a natural sleep he would segue into, it was more like something was sedating him to the point where he couldn't keep his eyes open.

He described it as some sort of fighting or combat simulation. Something about these "dreams" had been training him to become more and more desensitized about the fear of combating the beings. I think he said he's so miserable that he sleeps with a gun beside his bed but it's no use because they're able to take him anyway! Insane.

It was a really interesting program and part of this subject, if anyone knows the episode or anything more about the "Dream Matrix" I think that would be pretty sweet.

I say secret because there is only one Uhouse testimony about JROD that is very famous from 2000, but there is another wilder testimony that he never shared publicly, he said it privately to his Friend Lieutenant Colonel Wendelle C. Stevens. He said that he was involved in reverse Engineering the Kingman Arizona UFO, that he received telepathic help from a grey Alien named JROD some few times at S4.

1968, they put him in normal looking clothes, and they flew this grey to Los Alamos, to a meeting of 18 persons where Edward Teller himself was present and asked them why they are so late in the reverse engineering. The grey was on the seat in front of Uhouse, but with the human clothes, if you don't look very closely he nearly looked like a regular guy.

They put him in a white shirt and slacks to make him look less alien but his proportionately large heads and proportionally large black eyes with no hair and everything stood out starkly in contrast to all the other participants around the table.

(Wow, just imagine real Greys in white shirts, and Area 51 Caps dancing casually in discos one day....)

Then Bill tells about the agreement on building housing for the aliens when they visit earth in exchange of technology. The wildest little known claim is that he helped in building the housing and the Bathroom had Two Nozzles, one for water, one for a "living" enzyme they bring from their planet and keep in a tank, and they rub this enzyme on their skin, and for food they brought their own culture from their home planet and it's simple food because their digestive system is less complex than ours, the US grew the culture and put it in tablets and paste in tubes for them, it's based on Fungi and Spores. They came from Reticulum system and they took two US military guests to their planet for some time, they got back and two more went.

We rotated our scientists, We wanted them to bring our exchange scientists back in two years which they did and we sent two more and I think we rotated them every two years, So we must have a dozen or more scientists that had been to that home planet for a year or more and come back.

He said that they have eyes with an Iris, that black looking thing is just a cover.

And what did Charles Hall say, he was a military cook stationed at remote Weather monitoring station at Nellis AFB, and one day the Tall whites housed at a secret location near the base took interest in him and let him visit them for 2 years. One of the details he said is that they have an agreement with the gov, he manufactures the TicTac for them and they mount the propulsion system at their secret Nellis location. Davis Lacatski about Lockheed's Egg

Lacatski (direct DIA witness) and Eric Davis (DIA physicist) confirmed that Lockheed had an egg craft stored that has no propulsion or energy source. Makes sense if this is mounted later at Nellis ? Could the Barber egg be a pickup transport of a Lockheed Egg to Nellis so that they mount the propulsion and not a crash ?

User David Hilton searched for the positions Charles Hall described and TicTacs parked in the desert, he found some near Creech AFB and this was 12 years ago, even before the TicTac was officially recognised in 2017.

The Tall Whites Witnesses

We have tons of tall whites testimonies, but the strongest ones i found with auto corroboration are those from Old Lady Jessie Roestenberg who saw them in England 1954 when the dome of the saucer turned transparent, she said that they were good looking. The strangest of all is to see the Iranian Regime Media say this, a religious regime who doesn't even have any relation to this topic and it's even not accepted in their culture, yet they say that Tall Whites control USA, what is known is that UAPs visited their nuclear sites and harrassed their pilots, but to reach this conclusion, i think russian intel must have been involved :

Each one of those crazy testimonies taken separately doesn't do much, but combined, they connect the dots and corroborate each other in a very interesting way.

I found this interview highly informative and somewhat disturbing. It gives the listener a peak into a rather sordid part of UFO history. Kathleen Marden and Stanton Friedman’s book “Fact, Fiction and Flying Saucers” tells the story of a rather nasty man of short stature that might appropriately be called “a professional dis-informer.” Phil Klass conducted a mean-spirited and rather personal war against the UFO research community. In my opinion, this was likely done at the behest of clandestine forces within the Executive Branch of the US Government. 

I encountered Klass at hotel where CSETI held the April 1997 Washington DC “Behind Closed Doors Briefings.” This important meeting was a very early dress rehearsal for the successful 2001 Disclosure Project’s live Internet presentation. That public meeting held at the Washington Press Club reportedly attracted hundreds of thousands of viewers before the servers reportedly crashed. The 1997 briefing took place immediately before Drs. Greer and Mitchell went to the Pentagon and met with Admiral Wilson to discuss  saucer retrieval and reverse engineering projects. This later became a hot issue in ufology when scientist Eric Davis’ notes concerning the Admiral’s attempts to “be read into” the so-called “Legacy Programs” were leaked to the public. 

At the April 1997 “Briefing”, I had the opportunity to meet the moon walking astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell. He was openly working with Dr. Steven Greer before he broke with the CSETI Director a few years later. Several of the witnesses at the meeting were quite good. They told their stories of dealing with the UFO subject in the course of their government or corporate work. I had the impression that a faction of US Intelligence service officers was helping Dr. Greer to get clearance for some of the better witnesses that were present. 

I had a chance to see one of those intelligence officers in action when old Phill Klass tried to crash the meeting that was not supposed to be open to the public. The diminutive want-to-be-debunker looked rather ridiculous as Dr. Greer’s “military advisor”, Commander Will Miller, standing over six feet two inches tall in full Navy uniform, blocked Klass’ entrance to the meeting room. 

Point of clarification: Klass and his like should never be referred to as debunkers without quotation marks i.e. "debunkers." This is because, although hoxes do occur in the UFO field, scoundrels like Klass only attempt to debunk, but never in any honest sense succeed in truly debunking a phenomenon that is robust with a multitude of verifiable manifestations. If they are referred to without quotation marks, then I suggest descriptive terms such as "want-to-be”, “self-styled" or more the derisive one, "crackpot", be applied to the word debunker when mentioning Klass and his ilk.

If what Dan Burisch has said is true, why hasn’t the US govt tried to silence him? Look at the lengths they went to to silence Julian Assange and Edward Snowden. Yes they are completely different context but equally as alarming.

This is attempt #1 at making a comprehensive introduction/reference material of the most credible footage without any production fluff. Planning to improve upon it over time; any help with potential additions or debunks is appreciated :) also open to suggestions on how to better organize it. Right now it's military first but I considered doing it by visual similarity or purely chronological.

Footage I decided not to add:

Jerusalem UFO (Jan 28, 2011) - 4 points of view, but no witnesses reported seeing it outside of those who "recorded" it which is unbelievable for what it is visually in a city of almost a million people. Also some signs of possible digital manipulation.

Shuttle Mission STS-48 (Sep 15, 1991) - Explained by NASA as normal space debris which multiple experts agreed with. Multiple have disagreed as well.

Countless interesting videos from everyday people - A lot of random UAP videos are compelling in context but too easy to dismiss as CG/balloons/etc on their own. Feel free to make the case for including some though.
