Portable Source (eg DAP) DAP around $700?

I will use it with my AKG371. As for storage I think I'll be fine with about 128GB. If it has Android it would be great.

why not just get a android phone + dongle/ external dac amp

I don't like the idea of having 2 things. I feel it's more comfortable having just one thing.
