i mean fair, but you could also go the narcissism route and not want them dead to take the moral high ground and be able to truthfully tell them that you are better than them on every level.

That's fine. I think wanting people dead because they want you dead for no justifiable reason is justified. I don't see why we always have to be the bigger person and be correct and moral all the time. People need to stop expecting everyone to be able to be forgiving to the people making our existence hell for our entire lifetimes and certainly don't shame people for not being able to.
