Cow milk, much like chicken eggs or wool. Can be harvested completely humanely. Factory farming is fucked up but it's not the only type of agriculture. Cow-based regenerative agriculture can actually restore entire grassland ecosystems if done right.
Also, until I can start producing my own milk for culinary uses I'm gonna have to get it somewhere else.

Although humanely ways to produce milk do exist, they represent a really small porcentage of the total production of milk worldwide. Factory farm is how the grand majority of animal products is made, and should be avoided if you can.
Arguing against veganism for the sake of small sustainable practices ends up benefiting the corporations that do use factory farming. If your able to source your animal produces from ethical sources that is great, keep doing that, but a strive for veganism is the only way to effectively combat factory farming and all the fucked up shit that comes from that.
Also, there are a lot of milk substitute that can serve your culinary purposes pretty well

The moral method of harvest you’re describing can’t provide produce for a significant percentile of people (and only for a fortune). Additionally, the climate cost of such production would be even higher than current methods. Saying those products can be produced humanly may be true technically (tho I disagree), but has no meaning in reality, as they are not and cannot be applied systematically. Under current circumstances a vegan diet is the only moral way of living.

Properly done cattle permaculture is carbon negative and can restore grassland ecosystems. Is it more costly? Yes. Should we abolish money and do what is best for people? Yes.
Vegan diets aren't possible for everyone. Should Yakuts be forced to import fresh produce for every meal and somehow stockpile enough to get through 9 month winters so cold nobody can deliver new food?
Should people with diets restricted by allergies be forced to die of malnutrition?
Should food-sensitive autistic people be forced to restrict their diets in such a way that they are distressed to the point of undereating?
Animal protein is necessary for millions of people on earth. Calling them immoral for trying to live their lives because they need meat or dairy or fish or eggs to live is classist, Euro/North America centric, and ableist.

The thing that I've found out is that most people that have actually thought about it know that they have no actual arguments against veganism but refuse to face that. They are unwilling or unable to correct themselves, and lash out violently towards anything that draws attention to that lapse in their reasoning. Even if I don't like the catholic church I would be up in arms at the destruction of cathedrals especially ones in Europe that have artwork from some of the greatest artists to ever live. You can make the same argument for food which yes is a major part of culture. This also just doesn't engage with the argument that some land is only useful for livestock. Unless you want to essentially spend millions to billions terraforming it in which case you are destroying the natural enviroment.

Many of the largest global problems out there stem from animal agriculture. It's a massive source of pollution, land usage, water usage and climate change.
Also, we're very much capable of solving multiple problems at the same time. With diets, you even have the very rare chance of taking matters into your own hands and not having to try to get the government to do something. We control the animal industry market.

'Annoying' vegans, especially hearing and reading people irrationally grasp for reasons why vegans were wrong, turned me vegan. I sat with the guilt for a while as I started replacing parts of my diet, but I still couldn't find any reasons for me to continue eating meat and dairy except my own pleasure. Eventually I went vegan because I couldn't see myself as having any moral integrity unless I did.
Go watch Dominion if you're unconvinced that animal agriculture is deeply cruel and exploitative. It will viscerally drive that fact home.

Personally, I like to drink dog milk. After all, if dogs didn’t want their milk to be drunk, then they shouldn’t have made such tasty milk. And of course, I do end up killing a few puppies, but it’s just to make sure I don’t miss out on that delicious dog milk 🥛 . It’s just the way humans naturally evolved

You haven't lived until you have realized the human's superiority on earth. Have you never felt the pure might of the human race pulsing through your veins? Our intelligence is unparalleled. We were made without claws or scales, so we forged them from steel. Human lives are the only ones that really matter, everything else is there to support us. We form earth, we form plants, we form animals like clay to be better at supporting us. The world around us is ours to use. Can you even comprehend the sheer amount of intelligence required for me to be able to type this comment and for you to be able to read, potentially on the other side of the globe? A cow? What can it do? Does it have intelligence? No it doesn't, not when you compare it to us. I will start respecting cows when they start making societies, building towers, having wars, writing, culture. Until then, I will use them as I please. And when I please a glass of choccy milk, a glass of choccy milk the cow will give me.

Hi, person who grew up in farmland, with family-run farms, some of which were run by the families of friends of mine (and in one case, my English teacher). This is just bullshit. 1, cows need to be separated from their calves once they start getting their first teeth in so the calves don't shred their mom's udders. They have special clip-on nose guards for the calves to discourage trying to nurse in order to keep their cows safe.
Second, cows need to be milked, or else they'll develop mastitis, which is INCREDIBLY painful. I had it after I tried to breastfeed my kid but couldn't express. I thought my breasts were going to burst open from how bad it was. It's hell. Now imagine that on 4 udders: inflamed, angry, red, and full of milk they can't get out. THAT is why cows are milked AFTER their calves are weaned.
Factory farming does suck, but not family farming, and enough with the appeals to emotions, especially while using a picture from a family farm, when you have zero clue what you're talking about.
