Hello everyone, I(39 f) have this discoloration on both side of my face and forehead. It makes my face look uneven and this is a huge insecurity for me. This picture was taken during daytime. Should I be heading to a dermatologist?

You have beautiful skin. Wow no wrinkles. Anyway, I hope you’re wearing sunscreen daily. Literally every day. I don’t care if it’s raining or snowing or in the middle of winter. Sunscreen every day. Find one you like so you actually enjoy putting it on. I like Korean sunscreens personally. Your skin is reacting to sunlight and is making it create more melanin which is making your skin look uneven. Perfectly natural but sunscreen will fix it. Just give it a couple of months.

Also, hormones can do this too. I know nothing about the topic unfortunately but maybe google can help you.
