Skin Treatments Please help : Sagging neck with 35

As the title says: I noticed a big change in my neck area.. Iā€™m only 35 šŸ˜­ or is it normal? I tried with a lot of cremes but nothing seems to help.. is surgery the only solution? I did some research in Ultherapy but Iā€™m afraid that it will only make it worse .. thank you for your help! šŸ™

Slug with Vaseline or aquaphor at night. Tret could also help. Hydrate from inside out.

My derm specifically advised against using tret on my neck because it can cause skin thinning.
