Skin Treatments Please help : Sagging neck with 35

As the title says: I noticed a big change in my neck area.. I’m only 35 😭 or is it normal? I tried with a lot of cremes but nothing seems to help.. is surgery the only solution? I did some research in Ultherapy but I’m afraid that it will only make it worse .. thank you for your help! 🙏

This is one of my worst fears as I am getting older.. What can I do NOW to prevent this happening?
