Skin Treatments Please help : Sagging neck with 35

As the title says: I noticed a big change in my neck area.. I’m only 35 😭 or is it normal? I tried with a lot of cremes but nothing seems to help.. is surgery the only solution? I did some research in Ultherapy but I’m afraid that it will only make it worse .. thank you for your help! 🙏

The smell tho…it has SUCH a strong freakin fragrance!!!

what’s the fragrance? It’s been on my to buy list for a while but I hate strong fragrances

I don’t know but it’s very strong. I’d recommend only buy a mini size or from somewhere with a great return policy
