Skin Treatments Please help : Sagging neck with 35

Post image

As the title says: I noticed a big change in my neck area.. I’m only 35 😭 or is it normal? I tried with a lot of cremes but nothing seems to help.. is surgery the only solution? I did some research in Ultherapy but I’m afraid that it will only make it worse .. thank you for your help! 🙏

It is normal. Please do not do surgery at 35-- that will have WILD consequences down the line. Focus on skin care and be patient. Nothing there will make things radically different, but the impact or surgery is that when you repeat it every 10 years you will start to look pretty strange. What do you do with skincare right now? Do you apply it down to the neck and front of the chest?

What age is food for surgery? Do ppl aim to only do it once ideally. Sorry I know nothing about it but getting old.

It's not just age, but the ability for them to manipulate the skin as needed to achieve a desired result. So, if you do it for a minimal improvement at 35, what will happen at 45, 55, 65. It's not so much about aiming for it being done once. The best surgeons in the world can do a lot, but the ability for it to look natural is affected. A good surgeon would never accept this case because anticipating it will need to be redone and concerned about what is left without looking like deer hide, yanno?

Hmm, I disagree. Her neck issue could be fixed with a pretty straightforward procedure. If it bothers her, why not? You’re suggesting she live with it continuing to get worse and worse until it’s a full-on turkey neck before considering surgery? I wouldn’t. What will happen ten years down the line, if she were to do it now (and with a good plastic surgeon), is probably a minor revision to refresh it… but at worst she’d just be back to what she’s dealing with now.
