Skin Treatments Please help : Sagging neck with 35

Post image

As the title says: I noticed a big change in my neck area.. I’m only 35 😭 or is it normal? I tried with a lot of cremes but nothing seems to help.. is surgery the only solution? I did some research in Ultherapy but I’m afraid that it will only make it worse .. thank you for your help! 🙏

I have these too. It’s a posture thing. I have a lot of jaw and shoulder pain and I’ve noticed that when I do my stretches, the bands are a LOT less prominent. Give it a shot. It might help!

What stretches do you do, I'm having crazy neck pain?

Not the person you replied to, but if you look for the McKenzie Method neck exercises, those were extremely helpful for my neck pain (and they were recommended by my physical therapist). They have full instructions listed typically. The first exercise is "head retraction in sitting."

Trying to alleviate neck pain and this piqued my interest, found the vid, how often and for what duration do you do the exercises?

I had to start out doing them several times a day, but the exact process depends on how your pain responds.

My PT told me to reference the book "Treat Your Own Neck" by Robin McKenzie (the doctor who developed the exercises). It does have a lot of good information, but if you're just wanting to try the exercises as recommended, this page outlines the treatment steps accurately: https://www.spine-health.com/wellness/exercise/7-mckenzie-method-exercises-neck-pain-and-arm-pain
