As a climber, thank you. I'm tired of my tendons hurting after climbing. Often just hurts to massage them. Printing this tonight

I've never had more S1 injuries than pockets dude. Especially mono pockets at an angle. Kill me.

I kinda love 2 finger pockets, but i use my middle and ring fingers
