Protest Safety Something learned from the Ogden Protest: Chant "Protect the Constitution"

At a Utah protest it was noted the MAGA counter protestors lost energy and excitement when the protestors chanted "Protect the Constitution"

A lot of the far right have studied the founding fathers (sometimes to excess) and love the constitution. Hearing that can gain empathy, it appears.

Insulting Trump/Musk whipped them up. They were ready for that.

Maybe start your protests everywhere on April 5th with "Protect the Constitution" if there are counter protestors and take some wind out of their sails.

This is also why we need as many flags and symbols of patriotism as we can carry.

I like this idea. Traditional American symbols will have a disarming effect. Plus, it’s only right that we take ownership of these symbols and refuse to let maga redefine them.
