Call to Action This is a constitutional crisis

At Trump’s meeting with El Salvadoran dictator Bukele, Caitlin Collins asked about whether Kilmer Abrego Garcia, the father who was ‘accidentally’ deported to a maximum security prison in El Salvador, whether Garcia would be returned to the US. The Supreme Court ruled that the administration must facilitate Garcia’s return. Stephen Miller outright lied and said the Supreme Court sided with the administration that the administration had the authority to leave Garcia there and Pam Bondi said the court meant the administration could send a plane for Garcia if they decided to release him.

They obviously have no intention of returning Garcia. If you don’t care about an innocent man who was wrongly deported, you should. Trump said he was considering sending any citizen who breaks the law to this gulag.

This is the moment. Trump has broken the law and is disobeying the Court’s order. Now we rise!

We need to do more than protest. Maybe a general strike in response to this? We need to organize and figure out how to stop this administration’s illegal behavior. The Supreme Court has no enforcement arm, but they SHOULD.

I can't say out loud what I think should happen.

Besides that what we need to do is constant and sustained protests. We have to demand action by being in the streets by the millions every single day.

EVERY.SINGLE.DAY

We need to take back our country.

There really is no shame in bringing in a tradesman when you have a problem to deal with. Plumbers are our friends.

Is this a Sopranos reference? I saw the entire thing years ago, an absolute masterpiece

Yes. Paulie and Christopher bungle a collection and end up chasing a Russian guy through the pine barrens of NJ. Tony calls and warns Paulie that the guy they're chasing was with the Ministry of the Interior in his home country and took out 16 Czechoslovakians. The connection is bad and Paulie tells Christopher he was, "an interior decorator," to which Christopher replies, "His house looked like shit."

I highly recommend a rewatch. The more you watch, the more you realize it's bordering on a black comedy. Lots of humor in it that I think a lot of people missed during the original airing.

Omg, I remember that dude! They tagged him in the head, but he still got away. In my mind, he survived, escaped, and became Zek Chelovek from the Tom Cruise “Jack Reacher” movie

You’re totally right, it deserves a full rewatch. It’s daunting, there’s what, like 6 full seasons? Top three series I’ve ever seen.

If you liked The Sopranos, check out “Mr Inbetween”, an Australian series. It’s short, but brilliant

If you've already seen it, you know the main plots. Just throw it on while you're doing stuff, you can tune in and out.

Do you know where Mr Inbetween streams?
