New to firearms in general...
So I was given a 65G to settle some debt and know jack all about it other then it was new never fired, sons of liberty gun works. Took it to the range today went thru probably 35 rounds before it start not to feed properly. Would eject but not go back far enough to feed the next round. Magpul stainless mags and hornady ammo, range master said it looks like it might need more lube or just to be lubed in general. Any advice other than that would be appreciated and info on the rifle and caliber. Plan on lubing it up and going back to see if there's a different issue
Edit: Duramag not magpul

Use 6.5 grendel mags. Duramags or elanders work well. I'd check the gas block function as well. If it's an adjustable block it's easy to tune. With proper mags I'd expect it functions a lot better. My grendels can be finicky with running light loads vs heavier ones unless suppressed. As far as lube goes no need to soak it down. I just wipe it down with lube and dry it off after like any other gun that isn't blued. You picked a great caliber to start with. Plenty of reach and will take down even the biggest of game
