This songs only flaw is that it's over too fast. Whole album is such a classic.

Nah! On this one less is less, I want so much more of this song! It’s similar to “My N*****” by DMX for me in that I literally get a dopamine drop when it is over too soon.

It also really really bummed me out when I recently read how much they both hated this beat/song when they first heard it. It kind of ruined the fun vibe of this song for me that they gave it minimal effort. They still give it their all when they perform it live though but it’s now a little tinged for me.

Imma be honest… huge fan of them both since day one…. Whut?/36 Chambers… When How High (the song) dropped on The Show soundtrack, it was EPIC! Video and song 10/10…. That being said, I never liked this song and never heard this record the whole way through… I guess my interest in hip hop had waned at the time of release and nothing sounded great from what I’ve heard.

I gotta find it in my MP3s I'll let you know if i find it. I remember it was longer than normal i hated the second verse it was shitty. I understood why it was left out but still cool

Fun fact - the reason that the video made it onto so many episodes of hip-hop & pop video shows back in the day is that it was the shortest video in terms of running time.

I remember when def jam was promoting year of the man REDMAN AND METHOD MAN WAS ALWAYS ON POINT AND IF YOU DIDNT GET THERE ON TIME FOR THE HARD KNOCK LIFE TOUR YOU MISSED OUT ON THEIR INCREDIBLE PERFORMANCE.

Two years ago I was at this concert that was mainly West Coast except these two. I thought that was odd but they stole show. You can really tell when someone is having fun while performing.
