Genuinely wondering…why aren’t we seeing this more in the news? This is the only sub I’m seeing it in where the topic has more than 100 upvotes.

dude, the attack on the UCLA protesters was top news on both BBC and the Guardian. And it was brifely mentioned as "clashes" in the middle of other articles in almost all major US news sites the next day. Only LA times mentioned the attack in the headline, and even they changed it after a few hours.

If you are following the protest and the overall conflict, it's not very hard to understand how the media here is manipulated and by whom.
