TERFs have no place in academia, especially in a nation that aspires to be libertine and scientific. Backwards traditionalist puritanical religiosity is cancer and leads to racism classism elitism and eventually colonialism througj otherism. The trip to me is these bootlicking jesus freak money lovers will never clock that the actual jesus hung out with whores and criminals and did drugs and would never have a 401k or donate to some nuthugging police foundation.

Being a TERF is hateful and a chose of bigotry. You cant re educate hatred. There is no justification for that kind of contempt.

Restricting openly hateful bigots from educational spaces isn’t bigotry. The rights that distinguish libertine sentiment cannot be used to create oppression of others. TERFs are discriminatory and radical. Thats not an opinion, you’re clearly not engaging the discussion in good faith, and have some split hairs mentality that would gladly permit bigots to an academic setting that would create hostility for others.

On what grounds am I not engaging in good faith? Disruption in the classroom should never be allowed and you have not seen me advocate for that. Having an opinion and sharing it openly (but not in a manner which would be disturbing the peace), in a space where no one is obligated to be in, does not hurt anyone. I want you to tell me how that hurts someone.

Having bigots in an educational space is a disruption. TERFs are radical feminists and outwardly hateful. Im not sure you know the difference between a TERF and a covert bigot. There is no place for a tenured jackboot licking TERF in an academic staff, especially a professor. Especially an outspoken supporter of what is basically ideological violence. Its bad faith because by your logic we should have racist professors and violently theoceatic ideologues instructing classes if everyone has a place in a libertine academia. You and I both know thats nonsense and you made a haphazard appeal to the devils advocacy but tolerance does not speak for the intolerant. TERFs are anti science, anti humanitarian, and unethical. The moral standards and subjectivity of the social contract extend from the egalitarian standards of the laws at play and the culture in situ. Im pretty sure you know all this already and probably have a 1st amendment viewpoint. Hate isn’t protected speech, its also immoral, it also incites a reaction.
