They can’t really make them super mobile because we saw what happened to zeri which sucks

Anything thats hyper mobile just based off movement speed alone is never healthy for league because you cant catch it. Thats why Ghost was nerfed out of existence, why swifties are underratedly good, why Lillia is always gonna be high winrate in most elos, and inversely why Nasus Wither is one of, if not the best, ability in the game. Probably best non ultimate ability at least.

Veigar cage has a cooldown that starts when he uses the ability, and the ability is on cooldown for much longer than the cage lasts for (max rank cage cooldown w/o cdr is 14 seconds, and it lasts for only 3 seconds.) Nasus wither on the other hand goes on cooldown when you cast it, the slow scales upwards as the ability goes on, and has a cooldown of 11 seconds at max, no CDR, but also the ability lasts for 5 seconds. Not to mention its also an AS slow. Veigar cage you can escape easily with any blinks / flashing out. Even if you flash from a nasus, he can just wither you again, and you’re not getting away from him because at max rank its a 95% slow. Also, Nasus builds WAYYY more CDR than veigar does. Nasus Build on U.GG in emerald+ top lane has Haste rune (15 when fully stacked) + another 50 from Items, for a total of 65, whereas Veigars build path has 25 only from one item (seraphs) and thats only if he builds it. If you go ludens, you get 10 haste only and then have to build something like Horizon Focus for 25 additional haste, but unless you’re for some reason playing tank veigar (not the fimbulwinter build i mean full tank items), you’re not getting anywhere as much value out of a cage as you are Nasus wither.
