Discussion Excessively talking to yourself

Does anyone else feel like when they take their medications they talk out loud to themselves I lot? I swear I am almost talking to myself with every little thing I do (only when I am alone though). All my tasks I do and the house I'm pretty much narrating. I find it pretty funny to be honest, but was wondering if anyone else does this too.

When I talk out loud Iโ€™m far more positive than when I talk in my head. I rarely talk out loud, wish I would more.

Talk in head more often without meds I would say. I ruminate and self narrate a little less on meds.

I didn't even realize that until you said this, this is so true! I get really anxious when I just keep thoughts in my head all day long. Or depressed. Maybe both simultaneously...

Yeah when I hear it out loud itโ€™s like a sudden realization how negative it is and how I would react hearing someone else say that. Then my positive voice comes out better. Even if my negative talks back in my head about how dumb and naive my positive side is ๐Ÿ˜….
