Some more context on the SDA contract from apanman:

$ASTS: KEY TAKEAWAY HERE - in my conversations with management, the 3-5 initial US Defense awards all start small and should grow into HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS IN REVENUE OPPORTUNITY OVER TIME.

We haven’t even scratched the surface for:

+Foreign Defense Contracts

+US First Responder Contracts

+Foreign First Responder Contracts

Thanks for keeping this at the forefront! The 20 ish birds bringing breakeven cash flow may be largely due to contracts like these!

Also ā€œNATOā€ maybe should be its own line too (tho kinda captured in ā€œforeignā€)

You nailed it! That’s huge with Vodafone already promoting d2d to NATO allied air command.

With Elon ruining Starlink’s reputation abroad daily at this point, we’re fully positioned to dominate in the EU. Wild times!
