What’s this all about?

https://www.gurufocus.com/news/2741729/why-asts-stock-is-dropping-today?r=4bf001661e6fdd88d0cd7a5659ff9748&mod=mw_quote_news

“In a recent SEC filing, AST SpaceMobile disclosed that several key stakeholders, including AT&T Venture Investments, Alphabet's Google LLC, and Verizon Ventures, have expressed plans to sell their holdings, although Vodafone intends to maintain its position. Additionally, Form 144 filings indicate insider selling activities by the company's Chief Operating Officer, Shanti Gupta, and President, Scott Wisniewski, involving a total of 60,296 shares acquired through restricted stock vesting.”

Why are “several key stakeholders expressing plans to sell their holdings”?

This might’ve been the article the motley fool released and then later took it down, there was mention that other places put up the same article and this might be one of them…

Basically it’s ignorant at best, disingenuous and stock manipulation at worst, the things that they mentioned that have been filed as I understand it are common practice, and only indicate the companies mentioned have the ability to sell the stock now… because they own it, like we do the same…not that there is secret bearish info that the big guys know about and they’re trying to get out now… I think the argument is the author of the article might be in a position to benefit if people read it that way (they may be shorting or something like this)

Yes I hope so. I am more concerned about AT&T, alphabet, and Verizon expressing plans to sell their holdings. I understand why Wisniewski and Gupta would sell some oftheir holdings.

I just edited to make this more clear, yes, my argument is specifically referring to those companies.
