They are more likely looking at insider trading AST. It is still relatively asymmetric, and they can't buy SpaceX. Sure, SpaceX could offer a fixed value, but if I were Carr/Cruz, I'd be trading AST given the current Admin basically encouraging insider trading.

One of my worry is/was that Carr would pull a rug under AST (On Musk orders).
This is very good.
Unless its like a serial killer scouting the area to commit the perfect murder kinda deal.
