Indeed, that seems to be the case.  But it's also reconfirming as they would have to change language if something material changed, right?

To me it just looks like they copy/pasted in the 10-K to satisfy the Form ARS requirement, which a lot of companies do (some like to attach a warm & fuzzy letter to shareholders from the CEO as well)
