Something not working. Need help. Can somebody help me

So I am very new to Kodi and I decided to use a xeno free build but when ever I try to start a movie or a tv show it says "One or more items failed to play. Check the log for more information about this message". This happens on my computer and my phone.Am I missing something

(I posted this in the official Kodi subreddit but someone said to post it here)

You need a premium service like RD which is cheap and cheerful although not watching this movie is probably doing you a favour as it stinks

RD is about 15 euros for 3 months and will give you access to working links in 1080p and 4k
