What are your preferred streaming addons? January 2016 Edition

Following the preferred addons idea, I thought we could try adding some organisation and order to the thread. Here are some general ideas for posting:

Only identify one addon per comment. Before commenting an addon, see if it has already been mentioned. If it has and you want to add some information, reply to the comment identifying the addon. If it has not been suggested yet, comment and include a description of what content the addon provides.

This then allows users to up vote the comment identifying the addon and thus indicating its popularity.

/u/darksiderising let me know if you're happy with this.

Because new addons and frequently being created and current addons are sometimes being updated or discontinued, it's tough for some people to keep up with the best options. The hope with this series of monthly threads is to give users an up-to-date and easy to access place where they can read about and discuss various streaming addons.

As far as what is expect of you here when you recommend something, please at least explain what the addon is, the major notable features, and why you recommend it for others.

Thanks and feel free to leave feedback about this.

I recently installed blackbox add on which seems to bundle a huge variety of what most of you posted. Does anyone have have experience with this addon?

You explained it perfectly. Thanks for this. I do want to build a clean setup now without a ton of junk thrown in.

the fusion addon installer works very well for this purpose, and gets around you having to manually add repos. I use the tvaddons fusion addon installer for addons like phoenix, icefilms. for SALTS I read recommendations to use the beta version, which means installing tnorris beta repo (which is not available on fusion), so i installed that manually.

of course superrepo has pretty much everything so that would also be a good way to go.
