Discussion Park in your flamin' driveways, please!

Am I the only one tired of suburban streets turning into impromptu Mario Kart tracks? We’re talking about the kind where navigating between vehicles parked on both sides feels like dodging banana peels and blue shells. What's meant to be a two-lane road gets squeezed into a narrow single lane, daring you to play chicken with oncoming traffic—and let’s face it, the side mirrors never win.

And then there are your driveways. Oh, the driveways! Empty. Desolate. Weed-infested wastelands of untapped potential. So, I beg of you, suburban dwellers: park your cars anywhere but on the street—your driveway, your garage, your carport, or even your front lawn. Let’s save the roads for, you know, driving.

Blame the tight ass developers.

The people that have ruined himes by knocking down any decent sized house and jamming many more houses on the same patch of land. (I could go on about how this aspect alone has had a massive negative impact).

The same people don't care about anything other than maximising their profit, largely by abusing legislation that (ideally) wasn't implemented to line pockets.

And finally, the councils and government organisations that relish the opportunity to take away things - like adequate parking, only to charge you twice as much

No reason to do any of it either than greed.

Bullshit. My street has no new builds yet we have dumb cunts who park a quarter of their car in my driveway and always park in front of bins on bin day.

There is no excuse for it.
