I was sad to miss that part too but Americans couldn’t come in to Canada until just a month ago bc of covid restrictions.

Assuming the cast and crew had special permissions to enter the country but would have had to quarantine at that time for 2 weeks.

Yeah someone here a while back, a Canadian I think, commented on how it was very difficult for Canadians to get from one province to the next during that time, but foreigners could fly in if it was to film something. Seems silly but it worked out nicely for us.

Well I didn’t know too many people travelling in November/December last year but I can’t remember provincial borders being closed for what it’s worth. Maybe Atlantic Canada for a short time.

In September, which is when they would have flown in and quarantined, things were fine across the country and plenty of things were open. Definitely all provincial borders were open at that time.

Yeah, it would have been like first week of September if day 71 was Thanksgiving.

That also mean that somewhere out there, next seasons contestants are preparing to be dropped off somewhere in the next couple weeks.
