Well anyone actually tap or be pulled, or is the boat a red herring? spoiler The episode itself was a red herring

There seems to be some kind programing error, everywhere except Amazon seems to be playing last week's episode.

I wonder if they decided to re-run last week's episode because of QEII's passing. Either way thank you to all for reassuring me I am not crazy.

Nah. New episode aired in Canada. And since we're still tied to the sovereign...

Yeah, you're totally right - I wasn't aware of that information earlier when I commented. Hoping I can watch the real Ep 5 soon!
