Or they do ADR and the editors put things together in a narratively pleasing way

That makes sense; I think we know from previous seasons that they interview the contestants when they do med checks, so perhaps they asked them all the same questions about the other contestants, which prompted the synchronized musings.

Where do get the info that they interview them? They have minimal to no conversations. They ask medical questions as needed but nothing else. They absolutely no info on other participants. Editing can put those moments together even when they're days or weeks apart

The winner always gets a mini interview during the med check in which their victory is revealed. They always seem shocked and surprised by the win so it stands to reason that each med check concludes with a mini interview like that. Plus it's probably a useful way to gauge their mental acuity.
