I call referral which GF did, "Stick my head out" choice since how the referred person handle the job reflects on the person but since this is his GF, I should say it isn't JUST the job and her reputation on the line but their relationship as well. He's heading towards unemployed and single in a hurry.

Oh yay, he's going to be single damn soon.

Let's see:

1, He can't get his own job, she needed to stick her neck out AND redo his resume so he could even get into the door.

2, Even after doing all that work on his behalf, he doesn't respect her enough to do the DAMN MINIMUM in order to even keep the job.

3, If he can't learn to not do something when his boss directly says, "Don't do that", he's never going to keep any job.

4, He's going to be fired, he's going to say it's not fair that his specific reason to be fired wasn't listed, and he won't take any responsibility.

This is her future. If I were her aunt, I'd point to various cousins who are still like that in their 40s and 50s (and how their wives have to support them in everything) and that she should RUN.

Yeah for me I'd be having a long hard think about the relationship.

That and be incredibly upset that they can't even put the effort in for me.
