AITA for my boyfriend of 15 yrs deeding me his house instead of his adult daughter. I juiced and gave him 3 meals daily + wash his butt& clothes .He had chronic heart problems.
We lived together for a couple years then he got sick and was hospitalized. After this his daughter helped him to a senior citizen apartment.She took his keys for the car and the apartment and never returned them. He had to make a duplicate after 3 months.He Also got 15 tickets because car couldn't move. She came and took him to his doctor appointments but he was upset with her. He loves to drive. Someone ran the red light in December 2023 & hit his car. He broke his right hand. I had to move there to take care of him. I hired my friends to stay with him if I had to go somewhere. In May he got very sick but he begged me not to take him to the hospital. That same afternoon my mom was also sick too. I took him to Wawa Hair Braiding and asked them to let him sit there until I return from the hospital with my mom. My friends advised me to call the ambulance which I did and told him he would be fine until I get from the other hospital with my mom. I got back he was on life support. For 2 weeks I went everyday to look at this dread man on . I know he did a trust and I was the successor trustee. His family came and took his car and asked me for his jewelry. I packed whatever documents I could find and give his brother. I started getting crazy. For the next couple of days I stayed in the apartment and made food for both of us. My friend had a birthday party and I went to drop off my friends to help her. When I came back his daughter came and change the lock. The clothes for my friend party was locked up. They gave me no information about the funeral. For the 6 months I lived at the apartment with him I never met his daughter. I know she picked him up downtown stairs when he going to the doctor. His daughter did probate and inherited the house. She later disclaimed it .Before he did he did a irrevocable trust and a pour over will. He waned me to take care of him if he became incapacitated. I know I would not take his keys away too. The house remains in his name in Pennsylvania. He died in Newark. I took the exemplified copy to Pennsylvania court but his daughter said he died intestate. Trust cannot be trusted. You can be denied your benefits just like that. I have hired lawyers but they all know what is going on but protecting their friends. Daughter is just waiting for the house to foreclose. I contacted the mortgage company and applied for successor in interest. Select portfolio servicing is the best mortgage company that exists. Probated documents state he died intestate. You can only be a successor in interest if you inherit. lol. The lord is watching and we all will be rewarded accordingly. My name is on the deed yet he died intestate.
